Service eligibility and regional restrictions
PuppyIP serves only compliant overseas businesses and their authorized personnel. Proxy services are not available in mainland China. The service may only be used for lawful business activities outside mainland China. Use of this service within mainland China is prohibited.
Hosting a proxy IP or server overseas does not change these restrictions. The service must not be provided to end users in mainland China through relaying, forwarding, sharing or resale. Before use, read the Terms of Service.
Key Takeaways
- Slides presentation generation counts slides; Vids generation counts seconds, not interchangeable generation attempts.
- Business Standard/Plus and Enterprise Standard/Plus receive 100 slides and 500 video seconds monthly; AI Expanded Access lists 500 slides and 2,000 seconds.
- Workspace Studio remains in promotional access, with enforcement beginning November 1, 2026.
- Allowances are per user, not pooled or carried over. Handle each feature's daily/monthly reset and image fallback separately.
100 slides is not 100 files
As of October 7, 2026, Google's Workspace table measures presentation generation in slides and Vids generation in seconds. Teams estimating capacity in attempts should revisit delivery plans.
Business Standard/Plus and Enterprise Standard/Plus list 100 slides and 500 seconds monthly; AI Expanded Access lists 500 slides and 2,000 seconds. Business Starter has no Slides access and 200 video seconds monthly, not the Standard numbers.
Hypothetical example: a 10-slide proposal and a 30-second video need separate page and second budgets, not a combined “two generations.” Whether revisions consume more depends on the actual feature.
Use November 1 for Studio's current timing
The current table says Workspace Studio remains promotional and limits begin November 1, 2026. Turning Slides into avatar video is also promotional until November 1. The older Studio October 1 date should no longer be used.
The page shows an October 7 update but not announcement times for every adjustment. This establishes current rules, not a universal price rise today or all limits newly changing today. It also gives no universal postpromotion Studio count.
Teams using Studio automation can inventory triggers, AI steps, frequency, and owners, then recheck the table and account notices before November 1. Promotional operation does not promise unlimited future capacity.
Use your own edition rather than someone else's allowance
First identify Business, Enterprise, or Education and the exact edition. Second ask the administrator to confirm user add-ons and policies. Third match the feature to the same table column, retaining its unit and period.
Education has its own table. Before upgrading, check whether the target feature is included. Increasing access for one user does not give every member the same allowance.
Missing features and exhausted allowance differ. Studio onboarding requires a supported work or school account and administrator-enabled Gemini. Gmail-dependent templates require Gmail access. Check access and policy before assuming insufficient capacity.
Retries and spreadsheet generation can consume allowance too
The FAQ says successful follow-ups and Try again responses count. In Sheets, AI function counts generated cells, while Gemini table building or analysis has prompt-based limits.
For multiple rows, one submitted prompt is not necessarily the whole column's consumption. Identify an AI cell function versus sidebar construction before choosing a batch. Not every simple formula question counts toward a monthly limit.
After a limit notice, retain feature, edition, time, and the full message rather than repeatedly generating during diagnosis. Users can ask administrators about licenses; teams can prioritize remaining capacity and manual alternatives.
Check reset and fallback by feature
Google specifies midnight Pacific Time: daily allowances reset daily, monthly allowances on the first. They neither roll over nor pool between users. Cross-time-zone teams should use PT and account notices, not assume a local month has refreshed.
Nano Banana Pro's monthly image allowance is shared across Workspace apps such as Slides and Vids, tracked separately from Gemini app and Gemini Notebook. Presentation generation in Slides does not consume its image-generation allowance.
After Pro image allowance is exhausted, an older model can still generate images with some Pro-specific features absent. Do not generalize that fallback to video, spreadsheets, or all Studio steps; check each feature's notice and current guidance.
When figures differ, separate documentation from account behavior
Vids operating help still says most users receive up to 50 videos monthly, while the current administrator table uses seconds by organizational edition. Those definitions cannot be directly converted or the older count substituted for the current table. Identify account type and feature.
If account notices and documents disagree, send both with observation time to the administrator or Google support. A feature without a clear implementation date can be described by its current table only, not invented synchronized account delivery or a universal deadline.
Separate network timeouts, missing permissions, and usage limits. Clearing cache or changing IP does not increase a per-user allowance. Diagnose actual connection failures independently rather than repeatedly changing environments for a quota issue.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I upgrade to AI Expanded Access first?
Identify your edition's actual feature gap, then compare the add-on's scope and displayed price. Higher numbers on another account do not alone justify upgrading, and one feature's increase is not universal AI expansion.
Why are some templates missing even though Studio works?
Templates depend on relevant app permissions: Gmail steps may be absent without Gmail. Work or school accounts must also check administrator-enabled Gemini, not just quota.
Must every workflow stop before November 1?
The current documents do not require that. Record actual work and conditions, and recheck limits, licenses, and alternatives before promotion ends. This page does not verify your account's future capacity.
