Key Takeaways
- The US campaign runs October 1, 2026 at 00:00 through December 31 at 23:59 PT. Account activation may be later, without retroactive reimbursement.
- New auction sellers need the relevant tier, historical GMV, SPS, category, and onboarding conditions. The 4% rate is not for every new shop.
- Existing sellers' 3% tier requires eligible T3–T5 sellers, seven designated category groups, and qualifying high-value auction orders.
- Both require Seller LIVE Auction and a $1 starting bid. Each seller has up to $400,000 eligible auction GMV per week at the reduced rate, without separate enrollment.
Auction discounts do not cover every live-stream sale
The US Q4 Seller LIVE Auction campaign is underway: qualifying new auction sellers receive 4%, and designated high-value orders from eligible existing sellers receive 3%. Ordinary LIVE sales and non-auction orders are excluded.
The current page is dated October 8, 2026, with a campaign window of October 1 at 00:00 through December 31 at 23:59 PT (US Pacific time). Account activation can still vary with configuration and processing delays.
No separate enrollment is needed after meeting conditions. Stream through the seller account and set a $1 starting bid in Seller LIVE Auction. The platform reviews shops and orders; eligible orders receive the corresponding rate only after system activation.
The 4% tier: What counts as a new auction seller?
New is defined by auction policy, not simply recent shop registration. SPS must be at least 3.5, or 0/null, alongside tier, seller type, category, and onboarding requirements. The 0/null exception does not apply to existing sellers below.
T0–T2 sellers also need Seller Live GMV below $65,000 in the past 30 days. Sellers subsidized for three consecutive months are excluded. The original says other eligible sellers qualify after starting auctions. Below $65,000 alone is not full eligibility.
New auction sellers in T3–T5 need at least $65,000 Seller Live GMV over 30 days, plus zero Seller LIVE Auction GMV over 30 days or no auction history. Live and auction GMV are separate measures.
The domestic new-seller table lists Fashion; Electronics, Books, Hardlines & Virtual Goods; Personal Care and Lifestyle; Health & Elevated Home; and Beauty, Food & Beverage. Verify actual platform classification, not just everyday product names.
The cross-border new-seller table covers all categories, including those above and Collectibles, Luxury Resale & Nature. This expands categories only; SPS, tier, historical GMV, onboarding, and order requirements still apply together.
The 3% tier: Existing sellers and seven category groups
Existing auction sellers need T3–T5, at least $65,000 Seller Live GMV and positive Seller LIVE Auction GMV over 30 days, and SPS of at least 3.5. Then check the product category and high-value threshold.
Jewelry maps to the first-level Jewelry Accessories & Derivatives category; electronics maps to Phones & Electronics and Computers & Office Equipment. Everyday terms such as electronic accessories do not establish platform classification.
Collectibles maps to Toys & Hobbies, accessories to Fashion Accessories, and tools to Tools & Hardware. These designated groups do not make all seller products eligible for 3%.
Bags map to Luggage & Bags and the second-level Pre-Owned, Pre-Loved Luggage & Bags path. Shoes map to Shoes, plus Pre-Owned, Footwear and Sports & Outdoor, Sports Footwear.
The high-value column gives thresholds such as $1,500 for jewelry and $500 for other categories, using the words such as. Eligibility thresholds are separate from the fee base below. The page does not detail every threshold's price composition; confirm borderline orders with your Account Manager.
A $1 starting bid and a weekly GMV ceiling
Both tiers require Seller LIVE Auction orders starting at $1. The existing-seller high-value threshold is an additional condition: a valid starting bid does not establish the final category and value requirements.
Each seller can receive the reduced rate on up to $400,000 eligible Seller LIVE Auction GMV weekly. GMV measures sales volume; this is not a $400,000 weekly cash subsidy or a separate allowance per product.
The public page does not define the week's starting day/time, splitting an order across the cap, or refund effects on accumulated volume. Confirm those rules before forecasting a week near the ceiling.
The fee base and why earlier orders receive no adjustment
The documented base is customer payment plus platform discounts minus taxes, including buyer-paid shipping. Multiply that base by 3% or 4%, not merely the product's listed price. Verify high-value qualification separately from fee calculation.
Discounts are configured in seller batches, with possible configuration and processing delays. Use the displayed actual activation time. Only eligible orders placed after activation qualify, without retroactive application or compensation. The campaign calendar does not establish your shop's activation.
The page also disclaims fee differences or compensation when activation is delayed by configuration or system issues. Check effective status before scheduling a stream, and reconcile order and activation times instead of budgeting at the discounted rate and expecting reimbursement.
Check shop and order conditions separately before streaming
For the shop, check seller type, tier, SPS, 30-day live GMV, auction GMV/history, and subsidy exclusions. For each order, check Seller LIVE Auction, $1 start, platform category, high-value condition, and weekly accumulation.
Hypothetical example: a T1 fashion seller has $20,000 live GMV over 30 days, SPS 4, and no three-month subsidy exclusion. It can check eligibility along the new-seller 4% path, but ordinary direct LIVE sales still do not qualify.
The actual entry is Seller LIVE Auction within the seller account's LIVE feature. Set a $1 start and let the platform determine qualifying orders and apply discounts. First verify feature and onboarding access; this guide offers no unpublished shortcut.
Keep campaign orders, actual rates, and eligibility evidence together for operational and financial reconciliation. This is a recordkeeping suggestion, not additional official enrollment. No shop was logged into and no actual orders were read.
If the discount is missing, find the unmet condition
Separate ordinary LIVE from Seller LIVE Auction, then inspect tier, SPS, historical GMV, categories, and value thresholds. Compliance or other platform restrictions may also prevent eligibility; the platform reviews final order qualification.
Nonqualifying orders pay standard platform rates. This campaign page does not make every category's standard rate 6%. Avoid claims that all live fees fall from 6% to 3% or that the two discount figures establish guaranteed savings per order.
Ask your Account Manager about specific tier, category, order type, and displayed rate when unclear. The policy permits changes to rates, campaign periods, and eligibility. Recheck the current version before major streams and high-value schedules.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the incentive be shared with creators?
No. Terms say incentives are nontransferable and must not be shared with Creators. This is an eligible seller fee arrangement, not a transferable creator reward pool.
Are 3% and 4% the entire order cost?
Only the referral fee is specified. Do not infer other fees are waived. Check all applicable charges and settlement rules for margin forecasts.
What if the campaign has begun but my eligible shop has no discount?
Check actual activation time and shop/order conditions. The page permits processing delays and excludes retroactive compensation for pre-activation orders. Ask your manager about status rather than assuming reimbursement from the calendar start.
