AdsPower static proxy setup

PuppyIP serves only compliant businesses outside mainland China and their authorized personnel. Proxy services are not offered or made available in mainland China. The service is restricted to lawful business activities outside mainland China and must not be used within mainland China.

Locating a proxy IP or server outside mainland China does not change these restrictions. Do not provide the service to end users in mainland China through relaying, forwarding, sharing or resale. These setup instructions do not grant an exception. Before use, read the Terms of Service.

PuppyIP static IPs require a network that can connect to overseas proxies. If your current network restricts proxy connections, resolve the network issue before continuing.
