Voluntary identity information
You may voluntarily submit your legal name and identity number, or business name and Unified Social Credit Code, in account settings for account records and related support checks. Not submitting this information does not affect sign-in, purchases or renewals. You must separately acknowledge the storage notice before submission. We do not collect identity-document images or facial data.
This information is stored encrypted, identity numbers are masked by default, and access is limited to necessary authorized personnel. It may identify you, so submit only your own information or authorized business information. It is retained until you update or delete it, or your account is lawfully deleted. You can update or delete it in account settings. Submission and deletion records may be retained for security audits, without full identity numbers in those audit records. Deletion does not affect normal account use.
Information we collect
This includes your registered email, sign-in security status, order records, wallet transactions, payment intents, delivery results, proxy notes, order numbers and issue details needed for support, and access logs used for security audits.
How information is used
This information is used to create accounts, send verification codes, confirm payments, deliver static IPs, display orders and wallet balances, handle after-sales requests, investigate unusual orders, identify abuse and meet necessary compliance requirements.
Data security
Login passwords are stored as irreversible hashes. System keys and proxy passwords are encrypted or masked according to platform policy. Sensitive fields in payment and email callbacks are masked in logs and administrative displays.
Updating and deleting information
You can change your login password in account settings. The platform retains order, wallet and delivery records as needed for transaction records, after-sales support and security audits.
